Refund Policy

At Blessed Sacrament Basketball, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we can effectively plan staffing, facility rentals, scheduling, and program operations, the following refund policy applies to all programs, leagues, camps, clinics, training sessions, and events unless otherwise stated.

More than 24 hours before the program begins

Participants may withdraw from a program up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the first session and receive a full refund to the original method of payment.

Within 24 hours of the program start

Registrations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled program start time are not eligible for a monetary refund. For rep basketball, this coincides with the date the offer letter is accepted and deposit payment made.

Instead, the full registration fee will be issued as a LeagueApps account credit, which may be applied toward any future Blessed Sacrament Basketball or IBSA Basketball program, league, camp, clinic, or training session.

After the program has started

Once a program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Missed sessions
  • Illness or injury
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Withdrawal from the program
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Dissatisfaction after participation has commenced

Program cancellations

If Blessed Sacrament Basketball cancels a program due to insufficient registration, facility availability, weather-related closures, or other unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will receive either:

  • A full refund to the original method of payment; or
  • A full LeagueApps account credit.

Exceptional circumstances

Requests outside of this policy may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Blessed Sacrament Basketball. Approval of an exception is not guaranteed and does not establish a precedent for future requests.
